OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION (continued)
RECORDING: AUDIO & DVD: You may buy CDs of
the presentations at the recordings table during the Conference.
DVDs of some presentations will be made by the Conference’s crew;
sorry – no other recording of presentations is allowed! After
the Conference, recordings will be available by mail – there will
be information in the Conference Program and on the website.
LABYRINTHS for all to walk and enjoy: Lend a
hand! – there will be a free “fun shop” for those who want to
help on Friday setting up a labyrinth on the Plaza.
FUN NIGHT: Talent not a prerequisite – but we’d
love it if you do have one to share! Plan to keep your act short
– contact Jody Healy 831-475-8404. Please bring costumes, instruments,
music, voice, jokes, drama, and a desire to have fun! This year,
the theme is “Looney Toons.”
HOSPITALITY: The Hospitality Room is open to
attendees every night from 9 p.m. Come and enjoy good company,
refreshments and drawings for lots of good prizes.
DOGS: Sorry, no dogs are allowed on campus.
